What should I bring with me on a yacht charter?

Reef safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water, snacks, towel, motion sickness medication (if necessary)

Absolutely! Our Yacht "Alana Kai" is equipped with Starlink WiFi and Satellite TV, ensuring high-speed internet access whether you're on the move or anchored. Feel free to stream movies, make video calls, play video games, and much more—all while enjoying your time on the water.

What is a seakeeper and what does it do?

The Seakeeper is an advanced technology that dramatically minimizes boat roll by up to 95%, transforming your time on the water. It boosts comfort and reduces motion sickness, making for a smoother and more enjoyable yachting experience. Once you try it, you'll never want to boat without it.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 5 days before your scheduled departure will receive a full refund, allowing you to plan with confidence.

 

Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 3 to 5 days before the start of your booking, we will provide a 50% refund, ensuring that even unexpected changes are met with understanding and grace.

 

Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time will be non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare to deliver an unforgettable experience tailored just for you.
