EXCHANGE POLICY

In-stock diamonds and jewelry in new, unaltered condition may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, within 30 days of receipt. Any accompanying documents and/or certificates must also be returned. Special order diamonds, special order jewelry, custom jewelry, items that have been engraved or altered, labor fees, cleaning kits, appraisal services, shipping costs are not eligible for refund/exchange without prior written authorization.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Items may be placed on layaway for a maximum of six months. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate layaway of the item. Items not paid in full and/or picked up after six months will be returned to stock, and no refund for payments will be issued. 

UPGRADE PROGRAM

Eligible House of Diamonds (HOD) diamonds may be upgraded at any time with a minimum upgrade of 50% or greater of the original purchase price of the diamond only. Ineligible diamonds include (but are not limited to): special order diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, diamonds not purchased from HOD, diamonds that have been damaged or no longer in the original condition. Settings, mountings, gold and finished jewelry are not included. Return of original documentation and/or certificates are required for all upgrades. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER JEWELRY

All sales are final on any custom or special order jewelry purchase, including but not limited to: custom designs, altered jewelry, personalized jewelry, non-stock items, eternity bands, men’s bands. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom jewelry project and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon placement of any special order.
