Terms & Conditions For House of Diamonds (HoD) Diamond Price Guarantee

The following terms and conditions apply to the House of Diamond (HOD) Diamond Price Guarantee program:

1. The competitor's diamond must have the same characteristics, including carat weight, cut, polish, symmetry, color, clarity, fluorescence, measurements, and current certificate date (within 5 years) etc. as the comparable certified HOD diamond. HOD reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the competitor's diamond is eligible for price match.
2. Cannot be combined with our Diamond Upgrade Program.
3. The Diamond Price Guarantee only applies before you purchase your HOD diamond. 
4. To verify the competing price, you must provide
5. a copy of the diamond grading report of the competing diamond
6. (if it is online) a link to the competing diamond. This cannot be a marketplace site which aggregates listings from other retailers, it must be the actual retailer providing the diamond.
7. The lower price must remain in effect at the time your request is verified by HOD.
8. Expired offers are not eligible.
9. Competing prices must be in the same currency.
10. The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
11. The HOD price is the price after any rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts have been applied to the item. Costs for comparable shipping and handling will be included in the price comparison.
12. Competitors' special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible for the Price Guarantee.
13. The eligibility of time-limited sales events (such as Black Friday, "early bird" or "doorbuster" offers ), offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of-business sales, and loyalty program offers are at HOD’s sole discretion.
14. The Diamond Price Guarantee does not apply where the competitor or HOD has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
15. The eligibility of offers from pawn shops and auctions (websites or brick and mortar stores) are at HOD’s sole discretion.
16. If HOD decides to match a competitor's price, the offer will stand for 24 hours. After 24 hours, HOD cannot guarantee the price due to various fluctuations in the market including but not limited to MSRP, currency changes, shipping and handling, etc. 
17. HOD reserves the right to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion for any product for any reason.
18. The Diamond Price Match is considered a special offer and may not be eligible for future promotions including but not limited to: upgrades, exchanges, free gifts, discounts. Stacking of offers on top of the reduced price match is strictly prohibited.
19. We reserve the right to: (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the Diamond Price Guarantee at any time.
